Two hotlines will be activated in Soran Autonomous Administration

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – A large number of citizens have visited the Soran Independent Administration to complain and follow up their work.
To facilitate the work of citizens and reduce congestion in offices, the supervisor of Soran Independent Administration for this purpose activated two hotlines for citizens, which are the two telephone numbers:

The lines have been operational since Monday, December 2, 2023, the first official working day after the New Year.

Supervisor of Soran Independent Administration, Halgurd Sheikh Najib, told the official website of the government: "The lines are open daily from 9 am to 9 pm and receive any complaints and requests and the relevant parties can resolve themselves and also the Others that require the decision of the supervisor of the administration, after working hours to see the requests and complaints and work on them in order to resolve them.

Halgurd Sheikh Najib said: "Citizens can call the two hotlines wherever they know their problems cannot be solved. Similarly, those citizens who call the hotlines will be answered and told the solution,".
"The names and information of those who call will be recorded, whether the answer is positive or negative, they will be answered about their requests and complaints,".
"For this purpose, a special team has been prepared in the Soran Independent Administration to receive and follow up on the requests of citizens, the hotline is more for those who do not use social media,"
