Online Kurdish Language Course for the Global Diaspora Continues

The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Ministry of Education, in cooperation with the Directorate of Kurdish Studies Abroad and the Kurdish Diaspora Centre (KDC), has announced the launch of its fourth online Kurdish language course for members of the diaspora, open to both children and adults.
Beginning on 1 October 2025, the course will be delivered once a week, with live online sessions every Sunday.
Instruction will be offered in three Kurdish dialects — Sorani, Badini, and Kurmanji — by experienced, Ministry-accredited teachers.
Participants who successfully complete the programme will receive an official certificate from the KRG Ministry of Education.
Since the initiative began, more than 1,000 learners from across the world have enrolled and been awarded certificates.
