KRG delegation meets with Iraqi authorities, seeks solution to disputes

Baghdad, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – The Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) delegation headed by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani on Wednesday met with senior Iraqi government officials in Baghdad, to address outstanding issues with federal authorities.

The Iraqi delegation was headed by Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Oil, Thamir Ghadhban.

During the meeting, the two parties discussed the importance of resolving the outstanding problems, especially concerning oil and the federal budget.

The meeting will continue today and tomorrow to find a way to settle these disputes.
