PM Barzani Holds Phone Conversation with Turkish Foreign Minister About Erbil Shooting

ERBIL — Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani spoke over the phone today with Mevlut Cavusoglu, the Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs.

They condemned the shooting incident in Erbil, and conveyed condolences to the families of the victims.

The relevant authorities have launched an investigation to find and prosecute the perpetrators of this criminal act.

Both sides emphasised the importance of maintaining security and stability in the region.
