Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Receives US - Kurdistan Business Council Delegation

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani today met with the United States - Kurdistan Business Council.

Acknowledging the special relationship between the Kurdistan Region and the United States, Prime Minister Barzani also identified opportunities to deepen and strengthen existing ties.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Barzani emphasised the government’s commitment to developing the Kurdistan Region into a preferred destination for investors, especially through diversifying the agriculture and industry sectors.

Prime Minister Barzani recognised the need to simplify and incentivise the process to attract investments that are aligned with the needs of the public in the Kurdistan Region.
