Prime Minister Masrour Barzani receives the Qatari Ambassador to Iraq

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani today met with the Ambassador of Qatar to Iraq, Khalid bin Hamad al-Sulaiti.

The two met to discuss opportunities to boost economic growth and strengthen bilateral relations between the Kurdistan Region and Qatar.

Ambassador Khalid Hamad al-Sulaiti shared Qatar’s readiness to invest in the Kurdistan Region as the new Kurdistan Regional Government moves forward with its ambitious modernization program.

Prime Minister Barzani emphasized the new government’s commitment to making the Kurdistan Region a preferred destination for investors from across the region and the world.
