Prime Minister Masrour Barzani receives PUK Co-Leader Bafel Talabani

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Monday met Co-Chair of Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) Bafel Talabani.

In the meeting, both sides spoke about the latest developments in the Kurdistan Region.

Prime Minister Barzani said the KRG represents the whole of Kurdistan Region, and encouraged all parties in the government to support its stated agenda.

The Prime Minister stressed cross-government efforts to pass this difficult chapter and improve living conditions for every citizen.

PUK Co-Leader Bafel Talabani reiterated his party's support for the coalition cabinet, adding that disputes between political parties should not affect public institutions.

Talabani added that Kurdistan Region's achievements are the result of political unity, calling on parties to settle differences through dialogue.
