Prime Minister Masrour Barzani denounces murder of Kurdish family in Baghdad

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani issued a statement on Wednesday strongly condemning the recent murder of a Kurdish family in Baghdad.

Prime Minister Barzani said:

“I extend my heartfelt condolences to the family of Dara Raouf, his wife and daughter, who were brutally murdered in their home in Baghdad earlier this week. This was a callous, senseless crime. The perpetrators must be brought to justice.

“I commend the dedication and professionalism of the security forces in Erbil for successfully tracking and promptly apprehending the key suspect now in police custody.”
