PM Masrour Barzani meets with European Union Ambassador to Iraq

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Sunday met with Martin Huth, the European Union ambassador to Iraq to discuss regional developments and bilateral relations.

Prime Minister Barzani thanked the ambassador for his efforts in developing the relationship between the European Union, Iraq, and the Kurdistan Region.

Ambassador Huth expressed his gratitude for KRG’s cooperation, and reiterated the EU’s continued support for the Kurdistan Region.

Both sides also discussed preparations for the upcoming parliamentary elections in Iraq.
