PM Masrour Barzani meets Iraqi Prime Minister

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday met Mustafa al-Kadhimi, the Iraqi Prime Minister.

Prime Minister Barzani welcomed the Iraqi Prime Minister to the Kurdistan Region and they discussed developments in Iraq following the October elections.

Both sides emphasised the importance of a stable Iraq and solving disputes between Erbil and Baghdad.

Recent ISIS attacks and threats, plus the importance of increasing cooperation between the Peshmerga and Iraqi security forces were also discussed.
