Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Statement on Kakai’s Qultas

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Marking the observance of Qultas, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, issued the statement below:
