PM Masrour Barzani meets with US ambassador to Iraq

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met with US ambassador to Iraq Mathew Tueller on Monday to review the latest developments in Iraq and the region.

Both sides emphasized the importance of continuing the reform process within the Peshmerga ministry, and the coalition’s support for the Peshmerga forces in the fight against terrorism.

They also stressed the need for a clean and fair upcoming Iraqi elections, in which the will and rights of all the different components of Iraq are secured and respected.
