Prime Minister Masrour Barzani arrives in Belgium on an official visit

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday arrived in Brussels on an official visit to discuss bilateral relations and further support for the Peshmerga forces.

Prime Minister Barzani will meet with Belgian authorities and discuss improving relations between Belgium and the Kurdistan Region.

The delegation accompanying Prime Minister Barzani consists of Dara Rashid, Minister of Planning, and Safeen Dizayee, head of the Department of Foreign Relations.

Also to be discussed is the continuation of Belgium’s role in the global coalition and help for the Peshmerga forces in the war against terrorism.
