PM Masrour Barzani meets with UAE Red Crescent Society delegation

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani today welcomed a UAE Red Crescent Society delegation led by Secretary-General Mohamed Al-Falahi, to discuss bilateral relations and support for the region.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Barzani highlighted the importance of working closer across all sectors, including humanitarian issues and the COVID-19 vaccine distribution in the Kurdistan Region.

The Prime Minister thanked the UAE for its ongoing support and assistance through the Red Crescent Society for the Kurdistan Region, and welcomed greater cooperation.

The visiting delegation extended Abu Dhabi's successor Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed al-Nahyan’s greetings to the Prime Minister and expressed willingness to continue working with the Barzani Charity Foundation (BCF) to carry out joint humanitarian and development activities.
