PM Masrour Barzani meets with US Congressional delegation

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Saturday met with Elissa Slotkin and Adam Schiff as part of the US Congressional delegation at the Munich Security Conference.

Latest developments in Iraq and the wider region were discussed, alongside the strengthening of ties between the Kurdistan Region and the US.

The Iraqi Federal Supreme Court’s recent decision against the Kurdish oil and gas industry was also discussed, with Prime Minister Barzani emphasizing that the decision is not acceptable and that the Kurdistan Region will continue defending its constitutional rights.
