Statement by KRG Prime Minister on the occasion of Islamic New Year

On the occasion of Islamic New Year 1445, I would like to extend my greetings to Muslims in Kurdistan and all the around the world.

I ask God for the Islamic New Year to bring prosperity and progress for Kurdistan, with peace and stability throughout the world.

On this holy occasion, I would like to emphasise the true principles of Islam, and promote the culture of peaceful coexistence and religious moderation.
