KRG Prime Minister Meets Ambassador of Venezuela

On Monday, 10 June 2024, Masrour Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), met with Arturo Aníbal Ramírez, the Ambassador of the Republic of Venezuela to Iraq.

Ambassador Ramírez conveyed greetings from President Nicolás Maduro of Venezuela to Prime Minister Barzani and expressed Venezuela’s desire to strengthen relations with the Kurdistan Region, particularly in trade, energy, investment, agriculture, and tourism.

Prime Minister Barzani reaffirmed the Kurdistan Region's commitment to enhancing bilateral relations with Venezuela across all sectors.
