Prime Minister Holds Talks with Acting Iraqi Parliament Speaker

On Tuesday 19 March 2024, Masrour Barzani, the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), met with Mohsen al-Mandalawi, the Acting Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament.

Joined by Shakhawan Abdullah, Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, the meeting addressed pertinent issues regarding Iraq's ongoing developments, placing significant emphasis on the preservation of Iraq's federal framework and the vital importance of honouring the constitutional status of the Kurdistan Region.
