Prime Minister Masrour Barzani discusses key issues with Iraqi President

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) - Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met with Abdul Latif Rashid, the President of Iraq.

The meeting, attended by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, focused on the importance of federalism in Iraq, the constitutional status of the Kurdistan Region, and addressing pending issues between Erbil and Baghdad based on the Constitution and existing bilateral agreements.

They both agreed on the need to protect the constitutional and federal entity of the Kurdistan Region and secure the constitutional rights of its people.
