Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Congratulates the Second Deputy Speaker of the Federal Council of Representatives

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday sent a message of congratulations to the Second Deputy Speaker of Iraq’s Federal Council of Representatives. The following is the full text of his message:

His Excellency Mr. Farhad Atroshi,

On the occasion of your election as Second Deputy Speaker of the Federal Council of Representatives, I extend to you my sincere congratulations and wish you success in carrying out this new mission.

I hope that, through cooperation and coordination with the Presidency of the Council and the members of the Federal Council of Representatives, you will be able to serve the interests of all Iraqi citizens and components, while also defending the constitutional rights of the people of Kurdistan.
