Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Receives Estonia’s Minister of Defense

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Hanno Pevkur, the Minister of Defense of Estonia, in Erbil.

They discussed strengthening bilateral relations, particularly in the areas of security and defense.

Prime Minister Barzani expressed his gratitude for Estonia’s support and cooperation with the Kurdistan Region as part of the international coalition against ISIS.

Minister Pevkur reiterated his country’s readiness to further develop ties with the Kurdistan Region.

They also highlighted the importance of maintaining the security and stability of the Kurdistan Region and putting an end to attacks targeting its economic and energy infrastructure.
