Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Welcomes Australia's Ambassador

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani welcomed Glenn Miles, Ambassador of Australia to Iraq.

They emphasized the importance of strengthening the bilateral relationship between the Kurdistan Region and Australia.

They stressed the need to establish a new KRG cabinet and to resolve outstanding issues between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government on the basis of upholding the Constitution and preserving the federal status of the region.

They also discussed developments in Iraq and the broader region.
