Prime Minister Barzani Receives New Czech Consul General

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received today Lukáš Gjurič, the new Consul General of the Czech Republic to the Kurdistan Region.

Prime Minister Barzani congratulated him on assuming his duties and affirmed the KRG’s full support for the success of his mission.

They discussed the terrorist attack on the Kurdistan Region’s energy infrastructure and economy.

Consul General Gjurič reiterated his country’s desire to strengthen relations with the Kurdistan Region in various sectors, including education, health, and water. He also commended the KRG’s successful reforms.
