Prime Minister Masrour Barzani receives new Ambassador of Finland

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received today Mr. Antti Putkonen, the new Ambassador of Finland to Iraq.

The Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his new role and wished him success and expressed KRG support for his work.

Ambassador Putkonen expressed his country's readiness to strengthen relations with the Kurdistan Region in various sectors.

They also discussed KRG reforms, the situation in Iraq, and preparations for the parliamentary elections.
