Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Receives Russian Ambassador

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) — Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Elbrus Kutrashev, the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Iraq.

The Consul General of Russia in the Kurdistan Region, Maxim Rubin, also attended the meeting. They discussed strengthening bilateral relations and recent political developments in Iraq and the wider region.

They also exchanged views on the electoral process for the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
