Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Receives the Ambassador of Australia

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Glenn Miles, the Ambassador of Australia to Iraq.

They discussed developing bilateral relations, the situation in the Kurdistan Region and Iraq, and outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad.

Another topic of discussion was the upcoming Iraqi parliamentary elections. Both sides agreed on the importance of holding elections in a calm and democratic environment, free from tension and violations.
