Prime Minister Barzani Receives Ambassador of Hungary to Iraq

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Osama Ibrahim Naffa, the Ambassador of Hungary to Iraq on Sunday.

The two sides agreed to further develop relations between the Kurdistan Region and Hungary, particularly in trade, energy, culture and higher education.

Ambassador Naffa conveyed the greetings of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations in various sectors.

The Prime Minister thanked Hungary for its support as part of the international coalition against ISIS and reiterated readiness to develop relations between the Kurdistan Region and Hungary.
