Prime Minister Masrour Barzani receives delegation from the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for International Freedom of Religion or Belief

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) - Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received a delegation from the All-Party Parliamentary Group for International Freedom of Religion or Belief, headed by MP Jim Shannon, Chairman of the Group.

During the meeting, the delegation presented an overview of the APPG’s work and explained the purpose of their visit to the Kurdistan Region. They praised the Region as a model of peaceful coexistence among diverse communities and highlighted its strong record on religious freedom.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed the Kurdistan Region’s commitment to further strengthening coexistence, protecting the rights of all communities, and advancing the principles of freedom of belief, religious liberty, and unity across Kurdistan.
