Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Receives the Ambassador of Kuwait

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday received Hassan Mohammed Al Zaman, Ambassador of the State of Kuwait to Iraq.

During the meeting, attended by Othman Al Dawood, Consul General of the State of Kuwait in the Kurdistan Region, the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of the Amir and Crown Prince of Kuwait to the Prime Minister and stressed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors.

The Prime Minister reaffirmed the KRG's commitment to furthering bilateral ties.

They also discussed the situation in Iraq, including efforts to elect the President of Iraq and form the new federal government.
