Prime Minister Barzani Congratulates Nouri al-Maliki on His Candidacy for Federal Prime Minister

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani, in a telephone call on Sunday, congratulated Nouri al-Maliki, head of the State of Law Coalition, on his candidacy for the post of Federal Prime Minister.

The Prime Minister wished him success in beginning a new phase to serve all Iraqi citizens and to resolve the issues between the Kurdistan Region and the federal government on the basis of the Constitution and respect for the Kurdistan Region’s federal status.
