Prime Minister Barzani Meets Austrian Chancellor

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday met in Davos with Christian Stocker, Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria.

They discussed developments and the situation in Iraq and the region. Both sides stressed the importance of strengthening relations between the Kurdistan Region and Austria.

They also agreed on further developing cooperation and coordination between the Kurdistan Region and European Union members to confront the threats posed by ISIS terrorists.
