Prime Minister Masrour Barzani Meets UK National Security Adviser

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Wednesday met with Jonathan Powell, the United Kingdom’s National Security Adviser, in Davos.

They discussed the security situation in Iraq and the region. They agreed on the importance of strengthening coordination between the Kurdistan Region and the UK. They also emphasized the need to confront ISIS and all terrorism.

They further stressed the need to end the conflict in Syria and to resolve the issues through peace and mutual understanding.
