. *Kurdistan’s Official Gazette Publishes Decisions Pardoning Citizens from Some Outstanding Dues
These decisions were published in the latest issue of the Kurdistan Gazette. Decision No. (281) of 2025, pardons the outstanding marriage grants previously given as loans to the sons and daughters of martyrs.
Furthermore, Decision No. (282) of 2025, concerns the extension of working hours and includes exemptions from certain traffic violations. Additionally, Instruction No. (2) of 2025, issued by the Ministry of Finance and Economy, facilitates the implementation of the amended Unified Pension Law in the Kurdistan Region.
These decisions have provided meaningful relief to many citizens by reimbursing amounts they were previously required to pay.
