Deputy Head of the DFR meets with Head of Canada Embassy Office in Erbil

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – The Deputy Head of the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Department of Foreign Relations (DFR), Daban Shadala, on Wednesday met with the outgoing Head of Canada Embassy Office in Erbil, Yves Duval, as his role comes to an end.

During the meeting, both parties discussed the latest political developments in Iraq and progress with reforms in the Kurdistan Region. They also talked about how to continue enhancing the delivery of public services in all sectors in the Kurdistan Region, taking advantage of Canada's experience.

The Deputy Head thanked the Canadian representative in Erbil for successfully fulfilling his mission and wished him success in his future endeavors.
