The Kurdistan Regional Government’s high-level delegation leading negotiations with Baghdad, headed by Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, today met with head of the State of Law Coalition, Nuri al-Maliki, to discuss the latest developments regarding the 2021 federal budget.
