I want to commend Minister of Interior Kak Rebar, Head of Department of Information Technology Kak Hiwa, the team at Muelbauer Group and all their staff for making this possible. I know that financial experts providing commercial advice to our government have also played an important role. This team effort with Muelbauer Group has now expanded the scope of the project in a way that reflects this cabinet’s vision and the needs of the Kurdistani people. I am especially pleased it has resulted in savings of more than $7m to the public sector.
