KRG and UK Coordinate Efforts to Tackle Organised Crime

On Wednesday, August 23, 2023, Mr. Rebar Ahmed, Minister of Interior for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), and Mr. Tom Tugendhat, Minister of State for Security of the United Kingdom, inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This agreement focuses on coordination, cooperation, and training to combat organised crime.

The MoU underscores the ongoing commitment between the KRG and the UK to jointly address transnational organised crimes that pose threats to the public.
