Head of OCIA delivered remarks in an ICPA conference on Improving Prison Management System

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD)- The Head of OCIA, Dr.Dindar Zebari presented remarks on behalf of KRG in a conference held by ICPA and ICRC about improving prison management systems on Thursday in Erbil. 

He alluded to the commendable humanitarian contributions of ICRC and urged them to place focus on drug addicts victims.
